Q: Hanna, can you share with us the inspiration behind creating "The Coach Within"?

Hanna: In my role as a coach, it's fundamentally important to me to journey deeply with my clients, guiding them towards uncovering their own truths. Large group settings often risk glossing over the intricate, personal facets of an individual. Although smaller groups or one-on-one sessions afford a more profound engagement, they inherently require a higher financial commitment.

My intention has been to forge a pathway that harmoniously blends the benefits of both, creating a space that feels authentically aligned for both myself and my clients.

While the dynamic of large group events is something I value, I frequently find myself longing for something more, particularly in the pursuit of discovering one's authentic self and facilitating a pathway towards a life imbued with deep connection. Despite the inspiration and upliftment large gatherings can provide, my heart is truly anchored in the more intimate, bespoke encounters.

Q: With such a competitive pricing model, how do you see "The Coach Within" positioning itself in the market?

Hanna: My vision for growth and transformation has always inspired me to seek ways to make deep, meaningful change more accessible.

Currently, one pays around $11,000 for a three-month one-on-one coaching with an experienced coach. In the realm of high-ticket coaching, there are exceptional examples like Steve Hardison, whose coaching at $200,000 per year offers undeniable value and incredible outcomes. This type of coaching sets standards and illustrates the full potential of what is possible.

However, "The Coach Within" is focused on offering a transformative experience within a more intimate setting, to foster growth where body, mind, and soul yearn for it.

By creating "The Coach Within," I aimed to bridge the gap: between the extraordinary value that one-on-one coaching provides and the accessibility that allows more individuals to embark on this profound journey of self-development.

Q: What would you say is the most important thing for participating here, especially for people who may have had negative experiences with other programs?

Hanna: Reflecting on one's relationship with oneself and such offerings is indispensable. Particularly after negative experiences, it's crucial to undertake self-examination.

It's worth pausing to ask:

"What is my relationship with myself and my self-empowerment?

How do I relate to this offering?

Am I seeking a savior, a distraction, or perhaps actually therapy?

Or am I ready to reflect on myself, to question my assumptions?

Is it possible for me to discard the concept of 'That's just who I am' and present myself here with clarity, love, and honesty?"

It's fundamentally about embracing self-responsibility. Yet, this alone, within the realm of the self, has limited effects. We are enabled to truly experience ourselves through our connection with 'Others.' Therefore, if someone has had many negative experiences with similar journeys, it might be a defense mechanism to stay in the supposed safety of old habits.

Ultimately, it's this step of self-reflection and the willingness to open up and grow that lays the foundation for a transformative experience in "The Coach Within."

Q: "In-between support" seems to be a standout feature of your offering. Can you tell us more about that?

Hanna: I think this is an essential aspect to highlight. While the "in-between support" is a cherished component of "The Coach Within," as well as my 7 month 1:1 apprenticeship, it's important to clarify that this doesn't mean I'm tethered to my phone, responding at every buzz right away.

As a mother and provider for my family, balancing my professional passion with personal life is paramount. I do not take my life for granted and so I want to hounour it as much as I can, being present with who I am with.

The way I engage with this support is thoughtful and measured. I dedicate specific times to check in, ensuring that it's in harmony with my surroundings and personal commitments.

This approach has, without fail, proven to be perfectly suited for both my clients and myself. It allows for meaningful engagement and timely support, all the while upholding the sacred balance that is crucial to my life and work ethos.

Q: What do you hope your clients take away from their journey in "The Coach Within"?

Hanna: This coaching container isn't just another workshop with a one-size-fits-all goal. Instead, it's a dedicated space for personal exploration—where it's possible to uncover hidden truths, connect with deep-seated emotions, give and receive support, and experience the multifaceted nature of love.

In my perspective, coaching isn't about crafting new truths; it's about aiding in the removal of layers—pain, fear, doubt—that mask the authenticity already within us. When clients seek guidance on what comes next or ask for direct advice, I often respond with "I don't know." This isn't due to uncertainty but reflects the core of coaching. Our role transcends being merely teachers or advisors; we are here to coach, emphasizing the journey towards self-reliance and internal clarity.

I wish for my clients to emerge from "The Coach Within" with not only a richer sense of self-awareness but also an appreciation and clear idea for their distinct path. This experience is designed to be a sanctuary for such deep, personal work, grounded in principles of integrity and authenticity, and nurtured by the profound power of genuine human connections.

Q: In closing, for those experienced guides contemplating deepening their journey with "The Coach Within," what would you say to encourage them?

Hanna: Only this: If You join, be ALL IN.

Be completely invested. This isn't a program designed to simply pull you out of difficulty; it's genuine coaching that requires your full engagement as a person who possesses the strength to move mountains.

Q: Hanna, kannst du uns verraten, was dich zur Schaffung von "The Coach Within" inspiriert hat?

Hanna: In meiner Arbeit als Coach liegt mir besonders am Herzen, gemeinsam mit meinen Klienten in die Tiefe zu gehen und auf die Suche nach ihrer eigenen Wahrheit zu begeben. In größeren Gruppen besteht oft die Gefahr, dass die feinen, individuellen Aspekte einer Person übersehen werden. Während kleine Gruppen oder Einzelbegleitungen ein intensiveres Eintauchen erlauben, sind sie in der Regel mit höheren Kosten verbunden.

Ich wollte einen Weg finden, der das Beste aus beiden Welten verbindet und sich sowohl für mich als auch für meine Klienten stimmig anfühlt.

Obwohl ich die Dynamik von Großgruppen-Events schätze, bleibt bei mir oft ein Gefühl der Unvollständigkeit zurück, besonders wenn es um die Erforschung des authentischen Selbst geht und darum, Menschen zu einem Leben zu führen, in dem sie sich tief verbunden fühlen. Obgleich diese Ereignisse bewegend und erhebend sein können, liegt meine wahre Leidenschaft in den engeren, persönlicheren Begegnungen, aka The Coach Within.

Q: Wie siehst du die Positionierung von „The Coach Within“ auf dem Markt?

Hanna: Meine Vision von Wachstum und Transformation hat mich immer dazu inspiriert, nach Wegen zu suchen, tiefgreifende und bedeutungsvolle Veränderungen für mehr Menschen zugänglich zu machen.

Aktuell zahlt man für einen erfahrenen Coach in einem Eins-zu-Eins-Coaching rund 11.000 Dollar für drei Monate. Im Bereich des High-Ticket-Coachings gibt es herausragende Beispiele wie Steve Hardison, dessen Coaching für 200.000 Dollar pro Jahr unbestreitbaren Wert und außergewöhnliche Ergebnisse liefert. Diese Art von Coaching setzt Maßstäbe und zeigt, was alles möglich ist.

Dieses Programm ist mein Herzstück, entstanden aus Demut und der tiefen Überzeugung, dass jeder Zugang zu tiefgehendem Coaching haben sollte, ohne dabei auf die intensive Einzelbegleitung verzichten zu müssen.

Q: Was würdest du sagen, ist das Wichtigste, um hier teilzunehmen, besonders für Menschen, die vielleicht schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen Angeboten gemacht haben?

Hanna: Die Reflexion der Beziehung zu sich selbst und zu solchen Angeboten halte ich für unabdingbar. Gerade bei vorangegangenen schlechten Erfahrungen ist es essentiell, eine Selbstprüfung vorzunehmen.

Es lohnt sich, innezuhalten und zu fragen:

„Was ist eigentlich meine Beziehung zu mir selbst und zu meiner Selbstermächtigung?

Wie stehe ich zu diesem Angebot?

Suche ich nach einem Retter, einer Ablenkung oder vielleicht tatsächlich nach Therapie?

Oder bin ich bereit, mich selbst zu reflektieren, meine Prämissen zu hinterfragen?

Kann ich das Konzept ‚So bin ich eben‘ gehen lassen und mich hier mit Klarheit, Liebe und Ehrlichkeit zeigen?“ Es geht maßgeblich darum, Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen. Aber das alleine, im Kontext des Selbst, hat begrenzte Auswirkungen. Wir sind durch die Verbindung zu ‚Anderen‘ in der Lage, uns wirklich zu erfahren. Wenn jemand also viele schlechte Erfahrungen mit ähnlichen Angeboten gemacht hat, könnte das ein Abwehrmechanismus sein, um in der vermeintlichen Sicherheit alter Gewohnheiten zu verharren.

Letztlich ist es dieser Schritt der Selbstreflexion und der Bereitschaft, sich zu öffnen und zu wachsen, der die Grundlage für eine transformative Erfahrung in „The Coach Within“ bildet.

Q: "In-between support" scheint ein herausragendes Merkmal deines Angebots zu sein. Kannst du uns mehr darüber erzählen?

Hanna: Während der "In between-Support" eine geschätzte Komponente von "The Coach Within" und meiner siebenmonatigen 1:1-Ausbildung ist, ist es wichtig klarzustellen, dass dies nicht bedeutet, dass ich ständig an meinem Telefon hänge und auf jede Benachrichtigung sofort reagiere.

Als Mutter und Versorgerin meiner Familie ist es mir äußerst wichtig, meine berufliche Leidenschaft mit dem Privatleben in Einklang zu bringen.

Ich nehme mein Leben nicht als selbstverständlich hin und möchte es so gut wie möglich ehren, indem ich präsent bin mit denen, die gerade meine Zeit teilen.

Dieser Ansatz hat sich durchweg als perfekt sowohl für meine Klienten als auch für mich erwiesen.

Q: Was erhoffst du dir, dass deine Klienten aus ihrer Zeit in „The Coach Within“ mitnehmen?

Hanna: „The Coach Within“ ist kein Workshop mit generischen Zielen. Es ist ein Raum für individuelle Entfaltung, in dem es möglich wird, verborgene Wahrheiten zu entdecken, tiefe Emotionen zu erspüren, Unterstützung zu erfahren und die komplexe Natur der Liebe zu begreifen.

Ich möchte, dass meine Klienten „The Coach Within“ mit einem gestärkten SInn für das Selbst und einer tiefen Wertschätzung für ihren persönlichen Weg verlassen.
